A free first draft of your questionnaire
Got a security questionnaire to answer? Start the free trial, upload your documents and the questionnaire as the buyer sent it, and Franklin goes through the draft with you. You get the buyer's own Excel or CSV file back filled in within 48 hours, free, with a source for every answer. The free draft page explains how it works and the honest limits.
Help: signing in and your account
A new help article, Signing in, passwords and your account, covers confirmation emails, resetting or changing your password, what happens after too many wrong attempts, changing your name or email, and leaving a workspace. It also says plainly that two-factor sign-in and SSO aren't available yet.
The sign-up page no longer mentions a waitlist in one rare error message; it now points to team@rendro.net.
Design-partner spots for 5 teams

Help: fixing answers marked Needs review
A new help article, Why an answer says Needs review, and how to fix it, explains why Rendro flags an answer instead of guessing, and the four ways to fix one: add the missing document, add a company fact, answer it yourself, or mark it N/A.
Five new help articles, and a clearer security page
The help centre now answers the questions people ask most once they start:
- The Answer Library: how approved answers are saved and reused
- Inviting your team: what owners, admins, editors and free reviewers can each do
- Why drafting paused: trial and plan limits, and what keeps working
- File problems: file types, limits, and how export treats formulas and dropdowns
- Your data: where it lives, what the AI sees, and how to delete it
Our security page now also lists our strict browser security policy, rate limits and daily AI spending limits, and its breach-notice wording matches the DPA.

Rendro's plans are now Starter, Team and Scale, priced for what a questionnaire is worth to you: hours of work saved and a deal that keeps moving.
