Making the most of your trial

Your 14-day trial includes AI drafting on one real questionnaire of up to 300 questions, plus a sample questionnaire to practise on. The real questionnaire counts the first time you press Draft answers on it, and deleting it afterwards doesn't give the slot back. So it pays to get ready first.

  1. Practise on the sample. In the welcome steps, choose Use the sample questionnaire. Its answers are pre-written, so it doesn't use your trial: try reviewing, approving and exporting before your real file.
  2. Add your documents before you draft. Upload your security policies and any questionnaire you've answered before (import that one in the Answer Library). Rendro only answers from what you give it, so the more you add first, the fewer answers come back Needs review.
  3. Fill in the company profile. Hosting, data regions, certifications and a few one-line facts (for example "MFA required for all staff: Yes") answer a surprising number of questions.
  4. Upload the questionnaire exactly as the buyer sent it, check the columns, and only then press Draft answers. Don't use a test file for this: the first questionnaire you draft is the one your trial covers.

After drafting, start with the Needs review and Low confidence filters. If an answer is missing because a document wasn't there, add the document and press Regenerate: drafting the same questionnaire again doesn't use another trial slot. Trials do have an overall AI budget, so add what's missing first and regenerate the questions that need it rather than redrafting everything again and again.

A file over 300 questions gets its first 300 drafted; you can answer the rest by hand. Uploading, answering by hand, reviewing and exporting are never limited.

When the trial ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan (1 editor, 25 AI answers a month). Your documents, Answer Library and exported files stay.
