Your data: where it lives and how to delete it

Your data is stored in the United States (Supabase on AWS us-east-1) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is kept separate inside the database itself. The details are on our security page, subprocessor list and DPA.

When drafting, the AI sees the question, your company profile and the few most relevant passages from your own workspace, not your whole library. To find those passages, the search provider (Voyage AI) turns your documents into search vectors. Rendro never trains AI models on your data.

Inside your workspace, what people can do depends on their role (see Inviting your team). Download links expire after 60 seconds.

• Delete a questionnaire: removes its file, questions, answers and exports immediately (owners and admins).
• Remove sample data: the button in the sample banner removes only the sample documents and profile.
• Delete the workspace: Settings → General, owners only; type the workspace name to confirm.
• Delete everything on request: email privacy@rendro.net and we delete all of a workspace's data within 30 days.
