How it works
1. Start the free trial
Sign up with your work email for the 14-day Team trial. No card.
2. Upload your documents and the questionnaire
Add what you already have: security policies, past questionnaires, your SOC 2 report if you have one. Then upload the questionnaire exactly as the buyer sent it. Your files stay in Rendro's private storage instead of travelling around as email attachments.
3. Get the buyer's file back within 48 hours
Franklin, the founder, goes through the draft with you. You get the buyer's original file back filled in, with the source for every answer and anything your documents don't support marked “Needs review” instead of guessed.
Once your files are in, email team@rendro.net so Franklin knows to start. The 48 hours count from then.
Rather have help getting set up?
Email Franklin at team@rendro.net with the subject “Free draft” and a line about the questionnaire (for example “150 questions in Excel from a bank, due Friday”). He replies himself. Please don't attach confidential documents to the email; they're safer uploaded in Rendro.
Honest limits, before you start
- Questionnaires must be Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files of up to 300 questions. Word and PDF questionnaires, and questionnaires inside web portals such as OneTrust or Ariba, aren't supported yet.
- Answers come only from your own documents. Where they don't cover a question, the answer is marked “Needs review” for you to complete; nothing is invented.
- Rendro is a one-person company. It doesn't have its own SOC 2 report or an independent penetration test yet; the security page says exactly what is in place.
