Inviting your team and what each role can do

Invite people from Settings → Members: enter their email and pick a role. The invite link works for that email address and expires in 7 days; you can get a new link or cancel it from the same page.

• Owner: everything, including billing and deleting the workspace
• Admin: everything except billing and deleting the workspace
• Editor: upload documents and questionnaires, draft, edit, approve and export
• Reviewer: read, comment, and suggest answers on questions assigned to them; can't approve, export or change settings

Reviewers are free and unlimited on every plan, so bring in whoever knows the answers: your CTO, IT or legal. Editors are limited by plan: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Team and during the trial, and the whole team on Scale. If you'd go over, Rendro suggests adding the person as a Reviewer instead.

To get someone's input, assign them questions. They get an email with a link to their questions, and see them under Assigned to me. When a reviewer suggests an answer, editors see Suggestion from … and can accept it (and approve it) or dismiss it.
