The Answer Library
The Answer Library holds your approved questions and answers. Rendro looks there first when it drafts, so the same question gets the same answer every time. When a new question is a very close match to an approved answer, Rendro reuses it as is, without calling the AI.
Answers get in three ways:
- Approving answers in a questionnaire (on by default; switch it off in the questionnaire's Details)
- Importing a questionnaire you've already filled in (.xlsx or .csv, up to 25 MB): pick the sheet and the question and answer columns
- Adding one by hand with New answer
If you approve an answer that contradicts one already in the library, the library entry is marked Conflict: review. Open it and choose Use the new answer or Keep this answer.
Each answer is due for review 12 months after it was last reviewed. Use the Due for review filter, then Mark reviewed, or Archive answers you no longer use (Restore brings them back). You can also tag answers, give them an owner, search, and Export CSV.
