Why drafting paused or was limited

When AI drafting is paused, everything else keeps working: uploading, answering by hand, reviewing, approving and exporting. Nothing is locked or deleted. The message in the drafting box says which limit was reached and when drafting comes back.

• Trial: AI drafting on one real questionnaire. A file over 300 questions gets its first 300 drafted. The sample questionnaire is free and doesn't use your trial.
• Free plan: 25 AI-drafted answers a month, counted from the 1st (or from the end of your trial). Answers reused from your Answer Library don't count.
• Starter and Team: 3 and 10 questionnaires a month. One questionnaire is one file of up to 300 questions, and drafting the same file again never counts twice. Extra questionnaires are $49 each.

Trials and Free workspaces also share a monthly AI budget. If it runs out, drafting waits until the 1st of next month.

Trials need a work email, and each company gets one trial. That's why a colleague's new workspace may start on the Free plan: ask the workspace owner to invite them instead.
