Adding documents

Go to Knowledge Base → Documents and drop in PDF, Word, Markdown or text files (up to 25 MB each). Scanned PDFs (pictures of text) can't be read yet.

The documents that help most:

• An information security policy (even a short one)
• Any questionnaire you've answered before (import it in the Answer Library)
• Your privacy policy and subprocessor list
• Your SOC 2 report or pen test summary, if you have them

Rendro splits each document into passages and makes them searchable. Mark an old document Outdated and it's never used in answers. Set an effective date so the newest document wins when two disagree.
